Invoice & Work Order Clauses

These clauses are recommended for use on invoices and work orders for customer acknowledgment.

Authorization

Customer authorizes Level Up Marine to perform the approved work and acknowledges that hidden damage, additional labor, parts, materials, and storage may increase the final cost.

Payment Due

Final payment is due before release of the boat, motor, trailer, parts, or property.

Storage

Property not picked up within 30 days after notice may accrue storage fees of $25 per day.

Lien Rights

Level Up Marine reserves all lien, storage, collection, and nonpayment rights available under North Carolina law.

Limited Warranty

Workmanship warranty is limited to 30 days and applies only to defects directly caused by our workmanship. Customer-supplied parts, old materials, hidden damage, misuse, weather, and unrelated issues are excluded.

Photos

Customer authorizes photos/videos for documentation and marketing unless customer objects in writing before work begins.

No Automatic Ownership Transfer

Unpaid or unclaimed property does not automatically become company property, but may be subject to lien, sale, disposal, or legal action as allowed by North Carolina law.
